As a Mission Critical Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the pursuit and execution of complex electrical construction projects including hyperscale data centers, mission critical facilities, industrial & manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and large commercial projects. You’ll work closely with operations, preconstruction, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and executive leadership to develop accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates that drive project success. Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews
- Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
