Responsibilities
- Lead detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs, proposals, and bids
- Develop and implement bid strategies, then facilitate bid review meetings
- Manage subcontractor and vendor bid solicitations, clarifying quotes and verifying specifications
- Review contract scope and provisions, attend pre-bid meetings, and identify critical bid items
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction field
- Proficient in Accubid estimating software, with experience in Bluebeam
- Electrical field experience in a leadership role is a plus
