About the role
This role isn't about cranking out takeoffs or copying old numbers. It's about owning the pursuit — building accurate, strategic, and competitive estimates that position the team to win the right work, not just any work.
Responsibilities

- Performing accurate quantity takeoffs, labor assessments, and material pricing
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify scope, gaps, and opportunities
- Partnering with project managers, field leadership, and preconstruction teams to validate approach and build strategy
- Soliciting and leveling subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Developing budgets, alternates, value-engineering options, and bid clarifications
- Supporting handoff to operations to ensure a clean transition from estimate to execution
