About the role
The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate electrical estimates for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in estimates
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Proficient in using estimating software
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Experience with project management tools
