The Electrical Estimating and Field Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the estimation and field operations teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the estimation and field operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide technical support and guidance on complex electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and field operations.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
