Electrical Equipment Packaging Engineer

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electrical systems for our power generation and oilfield equipment.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipment, skids and control cabinets.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Size and specify electrical components, motors, sensors, transformers, and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards.
• Conduct point-to-point checks, functional testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery.
• Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management, enclosure integrity, and wire routing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or modular equipment packaging.
• Knowledge of industrial control panel standards (UL508A, NFPA 79, NEC).
• Strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on wiring aptitude, and clear technical communication.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
