Electrical Equipment Engineer

Role Overview: This position provides technical expertise in Electrical & Control systems, focusing on designing, managing, and implementing equipment solutions aligned with departmental goals to promote sustainability. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage evaluation flows for investment projects to meet business targets.Improve equipment characteristics to enhance reliability, MTBF, and MTTR.Ensure adherence to installation standards and support continuous process improvements.Research new technologies, become a SME, and deliver technical training.Use data and feedback to identify issues and implement solutions to maintain safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environmental standards.Create and maintain technical documentation for long-term production sustainability.Mentor colleagues to develop technical skills and share knowledge internally and externally.Identify equipment-related gaps and lead activities to improve overall performance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.0-6 years of engineering experience.Strong communication, presentation, and teaching abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment, involving flexible work hours, including overtime, weekends, and shutdowns, with automated machining lines.
