Electrical Engineering Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on Electrical Engineering Manager role at American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO). You will lead a team of engineers, improve processes, drive standards, and support real-world manufacturing and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers
• Manage engineering workloads, backlogs, and project priorities
• Implement engineering standards, workflows, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department
• Partner with Manufacturing, Sales, Project Management, and Service teams
• Support manufacturing and customer needs with timely, practical engineering solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program
• Extensive Experience as an Electrical Engineer in an equipment manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading a team of 5–10+ engineers
• Strong experience in industrial electrical engineering (controls, power distribution, safety systems)
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and customer-driven engineering environments
