Electrical Engineering Leader – MEP

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Develop and deliver electrical engineering proposals and pursue new business opportunities
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with architects, mechanical engineers, and plumbing teams
• Guide projects from proposal and pursuit phases through design and delivery
• Oversee electrical and MEP engineering project delivery across various commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments
• Drive strategic business growth throughout the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience within a consulting environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards
• Proven experience leading MEP electrical engineering projects from pursuit through completion
• Strong client-facing consulting and relationship management experience
• Demonstrated success in business development, proposal development, and work-winning activities
• Proven ability to manage projects profitably and lead engineering teams
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technical staff
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
• Experience with MEP building systems for commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects preferred
• Recent consulting engineering experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare project experience beneficial but not required
