Electrical Engineering Intern - Summer 2027
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Requirements? Might be similar to Qualifications? The posting has Qualifications. Could also have Requirements (maybe same as Qualifications). But we should not create thin sections. We have Qualifications with specific content. Could also have Requirements (maybe combine with Qualifications?). The posting includes "Qualifications". There's no separate "Requirements". Could we treat Qualifications as Requirements? The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We should include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting has Qualifications content. It does not have a separate Requirements section besides maybe the Qualifications. So we could either put the qualifications under Qualifications heading, and not create Requirements heading (since no separate content). Or we could put them under Requirements and not Qualifications. But we have both headings possible; we need to decide which to use. The posting uses "Qualifications". So we should use that heading. We'll not create Requirements.
- Skills: The posting does not have a separate Skills section; maybe we could infer from responsibilities but better not to create thin section. So omit Skills.
- Benefits: we have specific benefits.
- Schedule: we have flexible commitment 20-40 hours per work week.
- Pay: we omit.
Now we need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract and format.
About the role: combine intro paragraphs (first two paragraphs) maybe also the sentence about internship designed to give real-world experience necessary to apply for PE exam, and support day-to-day engineering challenges supporting Electrical Construction. That's part of About the role.
We should not include boilerplate like "These statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required. Additional responsibilities may also be assigned. All applicants will be subject to background check and drug screen." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also remove "Compensation requirements commensurate with experience." (we omitted Pay). Also maybe remove "Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision and 401K." we keep as Benefits.
Now format.

Schedule

Check we didn't duplicate the flexible commitment line; we already have it in Qualifications as a bullet. But we also have Schedule section with same info. That would be duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we put flexible commitment in both Qualifications and Schedule, we are duplicating. Better to keep it only once. Where does it belong? It's about commitment hours, which is more like Schedule. Qualifications usually about education, GPA, etc. The flexible commitment is not a qualification but a schedule expectation. So we should move it to Schedule and remove from Qualifications. Let's adjust. Thus Qualifications bullet list: education, GPA, motivated self-starter, residency/relocation. Remove flexible commitment. Schedule: Flexible commitment 20-40 hours per work week during the length of internship. Now check we haven't missed any other substantive info: The "Working Conditions" and "Physical Functions" sections we kept. Could we combine them into a single "Working Conditions" section? The posting separates them but both are substantive. We could keep both as separate headings, but the instruction list didn't include Working Conditions or Physical Functions as example headings; they gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However they said "use
