We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay (if present), Schedule (if present). Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months. In this role, you will support and be mentored in all aspects of building and facility electrical design, ranging from field surveys, calculations, computer aided design (CAD), equipment selection, coordination with trades, maintaining client standards and relations, and other fundamentals of engineering and business. Current projects include public transit terminals and transportation maintenance facilities; municipal buildings such as public work facilities; and light commercial / retail." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points after "Responsibilities". Actually the posting includes "Responsibilities Support and be mentored in all aspects of building and facility electrical design." then a series of sentences each starting with a verb. We need to turn them into
  • . Ensure we capture all responsibilities. List them: 1. Support and be mentored in all aspects of building and facility electrical design. 2. Conduct field surveys, calculations, and computer-aided design (CAD) tasks. 3. Prepare power systems AC and DC single-line diagrams, metering and relaying schematics, AC and DC control schematics, wiring drawings, substation equipment layout drawings, conduit routing drawings, cable schedules, and equipment mounting and installation drawings. 4. Design grounding grids, lightning protection, lighting, and related power distribution systems. 5. Assist in preparing technical and cost proposals, as well as change orders for existing projects. 6. Interface with railway clients, utility company representatives, and other departments within STV. 7. Develop schematic designs into construction documents under the guidance of a Senior Engineer. 8. Provide designs and calculations for power, lighting, and fire alarm systems. 9. Participate actively in all project phases from planning through construction close-out. 10. Coordinate utility service layouts, power generation/storage, and power system distributions. 11. Use AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Microsoft Word to assemble contract documents. 12. Construct electrical system models in SKM, ETAP, and EasyPower, and perform electrical calculations. 13. Develop designs using Revit and/or AutoCAD for power, lighting, and fire alarm systems. 14. Perform electrical calculations using specialized engineering software. 15. Perform other tasks as assigned to support project goals and team objectives. We need to ensure not duplicate: #1 and #13 similar but okay. - Required: "Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at an ABET-accredited University or NCEES equivalent." - Preferred Qualifications: list: Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry. Intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation CAD software. Ability to learn and use commercial AC power system analysis software for load flow simulation, short-circuit calculations, relay settings, coordination, and ground grid design. - Also note: "This position is not eligible for sponsorship." That's a note; could be part of Requirements or a separate note. Probably include in Requirements as a sentence. - Compensation Range: "$52,526.00 - $59,689.00". That's Pay. - Benefits: list after "STV offers the following benefits". Need to capture each bullet. List: - Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) - Disability insurance - Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment - 401(k) Plan - Retirement Counseling - Employee Assistance Program - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Back-Up Dependent Care - Parental Leave - Continuing Education Program - Professional Licensure and Society Memberships Also note: "STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner. The listed pay range is STV’s good-faith salary estimate for this position. Please note that the final salary offered for this position may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications." That's extra info about pay; we can include in Pay section as a paragraph. - Also there is encouraging to apply etc. That's boilerplate? It's about encouraging underrepresented groups; could be considered EEO boilerplate; we should remove per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we drop that paragraph. - Also "Not sure this role is the perfect match? We encourage you to apply if STV’s work and values resonate with you. We know great candidates don’t always meet every qualification, and research shows women and people of color are less likely to apply unless they do. At STV, we believe strong talent comes from a wide range of backgrounds, and your skills and experience may align with this or another opportunity as we continue to grow." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also "This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office." That's schedule info. So we need a Schedule section: "Hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week in the office." Also "Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months." That's also schedule/duration. Could be part of About the role or Schedule. We'll include in About the role maybe. But we have a Schedule section: we can state "Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office; preference for candidates able to commit to at least 3 months." - Also "Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months." That's schedule/duration. Now we need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. All have content. We need to use

for section headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed encouraging to apply etc. Good. Make sure no duplicate content: we included "Support and be mentored in all aspects of building and facility electrical design." both in About the role and Responsibilities (first bullet). That's okay as it's part of responsibilities list; but we might consider removing duplicate from responsibilities to avoid repetition? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The responsibilities list originally started with "Support and be mentored in all aspects of building and facility electrical design." So we must keep it. It's okay if it's also in About the role; that's not duplication of the same sentence in same section; it's fine. Check that we didn't miss any responsibilities: we captured all. Check that we didn't miss any required/preferred: we captured. Check that we didn't miss any benefits: we captured all. Check that we didn't miss any pay info: we captured range and note. Check schedule: we captured hybrid and 3 months preference. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like "STV is committed to
