About The Role
We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise becomes the benchmark for AI accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing to stress-test AI reasoning
- Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
- Review AI-generated outputs including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs against engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
- Identify logical gaps and flaws in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
- Work across embedded systems, control systems, VLSI, telecommunications, robotics, power electronics, and engineering simulations
Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core EE domains — VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, signal processing, or power electronics
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of precision when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async, flexible schedule
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or technical evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI or large language model (LLM) systems
- Background in engineering simulation tools or formal verification methods
