Electrical Engineer - Wire harness - Sales

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Interpret mechanical/electrical blueprints for accurate production.
• Design and test prototypes using CAD and other tools.
• Coordinate first article builds and trial runs for production.
• Collaborate with QA, Test, Production, Tooling, and Supply Chain teams.
• Train staff on electrical engineering principles.
• Support Sales with technical insights.
• Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years in electrical or wire harness engineering.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and CAD software; PLC knowledge a plus.
• Experience in prototype development and testing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
