What You'll Do

• Manage, direct, and supervise projects to ensure conformance with contract requirements related to time, quality, and budget
• Serve as primary client contact to establish project schedules and expectations
• Lead electrical systems design and make calculations integral to project delivery
• Apply applicable building codes, regulations, and client design standards
• Aid in business development efforts to maintain and grow client base
• Support proposal team in preparation of RFP responses including project write-ups and resumes
• Aid in preparation of fee proposals for the division
• Manage and supervise engineering staff as the team grows

Must-Have Qualifications

• PE license preferred — licensed in at least one U.S. state with ability to obtain Texas licensure (EIT considered)
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and analysis for building construction projects
• Project Management Experience Required
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Government, Healthcare, Or Higher Education Project Experience Preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available
