Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other departments to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Regularly review project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
