About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager. You will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project success while adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, including scope management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adherence to project plans.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ensure project safety protocols are followed and continuously improve safety practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of international project management methodologies and standards.
