Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, including scope management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adherence to project plans.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure project safety protocols are followed and continuously improve safety practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of international project management methodologies and standards.
