We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting: It includes "Why Work at Banner?" (intro), "Position Summary", "What You’ll Be Doing", "Key Responsibilities", "What You Bring To The Table", "What To Expect At Work" (Physical Demands, Working Environment), "Pay And Benefits", "Core Values", etc. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (they mention 5 day per week, in-office). Also maybe Working Environment? But schedule is separate. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay range and benefits list. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could be Position Summary + Why Work at Banner? maybe combine? But "About the role" heading is allowed. We'll put a paragraph summarizing the role: includes position summary and maybe why work at banner? But we must not invent. We can include the "Why Work at Banner?" as part of about the role? It's more about company. Could be separate section like "About Banner"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should stick to those. Thus:

    About the role

    ... (position summary)

    Responsibilities

    • ... each responsibility

    Requirements

    • ... minimum requirements

    Qualifications

maybe for preferred qualifications? Could list preferred experience.

    Skills

maybe combine skills like analytical, problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking, etc. But we already have many in requirements. Might be redundant. Better to put skills under Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for skills: "Strong analytical and problem-solving skills", "Ability to multi-task effectively, work in a collaborative team environment, and take initiative on design choices", "Ability to clearly and concisely convey ideas to others, both verbally and in written formats", "Ability to manage different priorities in a fast-paced development environment". Those could be skills. Also "Proficiency with relevant circuit design software tools including schematic capture, PCB layout, and SPICE / simulation tools". That's also skill. Could be under Skills. But we also have "Experience working with test & measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, spectrum analyzers, custom test platforms, etc." That's also skill/experience. We need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put all experience/skill items under Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Then Skills maybe not needed. But we need to decide. Given the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they are separate headings allowed. We could have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). That's two sections. Skills could be omitted if we incorporate into Requirements/Qualifications. But we need to include Pay and Benefits and Schedule. Schedule: posting says "This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MN and is a 5 day per week, in-office position." That's schedule info. Thus:

    About the role

    Position summary paragraph.

    Responsibilities

      list responsibilities.

      Requirements

        list minimum requirements.

        Qualifications

          list preferred qualifications.

          Benefits

            list benefits.

            Pay

            Base Pay Range: $109,341.00 - $142,001.00

            Schedule

5 day per week, in-office position at Plymouth, MN headquarters.

We must not include fluff like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: include Why Work at Banner? maybe we should incorporate into About the role? The "Why Work at Banner?" is more about company, not role. But we could include a short paragraph about company under About the role? Might be considered filler but it's substantive. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The "Why Work at Banner?" is not metadata; it's company description. Could be included in About the role as a paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph could combine: "For over 50 years, Banner Engineering has been at the forefront of industrial automation... Our commitment to innovation... Banner is a rapidly growing company that offers many personal development opportunities, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative team of employees who are passionate about what they do. Position Summary We’re looking for a hard-working individual..." Might be too long but okay. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those. Also remove "Core Values" maybe not needed as not a heading; but could be included as paragraph under About the role? It's substantive but not required. Could drop as not under allowed headings? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid adding extra paragraphs not under headings? It says output only HTML fragment; we can include paragraphs not under headings? Probably we should stick to sections; but we can include paragraphs inside sections. The "Core Values" could be placed under About the role as a paragraph. But we need to avoid duplication: The "Core Values" list: Customer Driven, Accountability Focused, Integrity Always, New Solutions – Every Day. Could be a

under About the role? Might be okay. But we need to decide. Simplify: About the role: include company overview and position summary. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: list minimum. Qualifications: list preferred. Benefits: list. Pay: paragraph. Schedule: paragraph. We'll not include Core Values separately. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure proper escaping? Not needed. Let's draft:

              About the role

              Schedule

5 day per week, in‑office position at the Plymouth, MN headquarters.

Check for any duplicated content: Not repeated. We removed boilerplate like EEO, Core Values, etc. We kept all substantive info: company overview, position summary, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule. We didn't include "Physical Demands" and "Working Environment" sections because they are not in allowed headings; but we could incorporate them under About the role or Schedule? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It didn't say we cannot include other headings not in the list; but the list is given as examples of section headings we should use. It says: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but to follow the instruction we should stick to those. So we omitted Physical Demands and Working Environment. However that info is substantive; maybe we could fold it into About the role or Schedule
