Electrical Engineer II

Job Summary

The role includes supporting the development of new electro-mechanical products, improving the manufacturability, reducing costs, and optimizing a designs performance of an existing product in a fast paced industrial environment. The position will be supporting cross functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Experience interpreting customer specification and apply them to design requirements
• Experience in printed circuit boards for instrument panels, preferred
• Experience in cabling and cable layout
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience in analog and digital circuits developing detailed schematics, test procedures, and fabrication specifications
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing stack-ups a plus
• Some experience with thermal and dynamic analysis a plus
• Experience working with military specification for aircraft instrument panels a plus
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements
• Able to estimate timelines and generate schedules a plus
• Able to evaluate cost, and risk preferred
• Demonstrated written and oral presentations skills
• Experience with Python or LabView a plus

Required Experience And Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in BSEE
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in design Electrical Engineer

Pay

Base Compensation: USD 95,000.00 - 105,000.00 Paid Salaried
