Electrical Engineer, Electronic Hardware Validation

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hardware validation efforts for low voltage programs.
• Develop and maintain automation-focused test software for streamlined execution and data analysis.
• Design and build custom test equipment such as test PCBAs, harnesses, and fixtures.
• Manage tests from setup through execution, coordinating resources and schedules.
• Collaborate with design partners and reliability teams to root cause test failures.
• Perform component validation with test technicians under realistic usage conditions.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical problems, focusing on efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven technical experience through internships, projects, or academic activities.
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and experience with standard lab equipment.
• Coding experience, preferably in Python, for automation and data processing.
• Demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on approach with a desire to automate tasks for efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage validation schedules.
