Responsibilities
- Own and drive hardware validation efforts for low voltage programs.
- Develop and maintain automation-focused test software for streamlined execution and data analysis.
- Design and build custom test equipment such as test PCBAs, harnesses, and fixtures.
- Manage tests from setup through execution, coordinating resources and schedules.
- Collaborate with design partners and reliability teams to root cause test failures.
- Perform component validation with test technicians under realistic usage conditions.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical problems, focusing on efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven technical experience through internships, projects, or academic activities.
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and experience with standard lab equipment.
- Coding experience, preferably in Python, for automation and data processing.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on approach with a desire to automate tasks for efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage validation schedules.
