About the role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with hands-on board-level and CCA-level design experience to join our team in Millersville, MD. This role sits within a growing team supporting a business unit currently undergoing a cross-country transition, with a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer and continuity of critical hardware programs through year-end.
Responsibilities
- Perform board-level electrical engineering work spanning CCA design, PCB modification, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and hardware bring-up
- Work directly with electronic circuit cards, components, subassemblies, and integrated hardware in a lab, production, and integration environment
- Apply both digital and analog circuit design expertise on mission-critical defense hardware
- Support a team through a significant organizational transition
- Support lab, production, and integration teams with practical EE problem-solving
Qualifications
- Electrical engineering background with board-level / CCA-level design experience
- PCB design, modification, integration, test, and bring-up experience
- Siemens Xpedition / EDM experience
- Experience working with electronic circuit cards, components, subassemblies, and integrated hardware
- Digital and analog circuit design experience
- Hardware integration and troubleshooting experience
- Test background, including qualification, validation, or hands-on electrical hardware testing
- Ability to support lab, production, and integration teams with practical EE problem-solving
- EVMS / Control Account Management exposure is a plus, especially for higher-level or higher-rate candidates

Benefits
This is a contract-to-hire position with an anticipated engagement of approximately 6 months before conversion, working a 9/80 schedule.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
