Job Summary

Klingner is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join their multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the electrical design for a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from light commercial and institutional buildings to heavy industrial facilities, with a focus on water, wastewater, and water resources infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in power distribution, controls, and lighting, and be adaptable to work across different project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the electrical design for a diverse portfolio of projects
• Work on projects ranging from light commercial and institutional buildings to heavy industrial facilities
• Focus on water, wastewater, and water resources infrastructure
• Process a robust technical background in power distribution, controls, and lighting
• Adapt to work across different project types

Requirements

• Strong technical background in power distribution, controls, and lighting
• Experience in designing for heavy industrial applications
• Ability to recognize the importance of design accuracy

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
