About the role
The Electrical Engineer at Windsor Engineers will drive innovation in electrical system design, lead project components, and collaborate with teams to implement efficient, sustainable solutions while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
- EIT certification Preferred
- 2+ years experience in the MEP design industry
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in electrical engineering calculations; comfortable with advanced calculations
- Proficient in standard industry software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 73,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Minneapolis)
