Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor work progress through daily field inspections and verify installation compliance.
- Review and provide written comments on construction contractor submittals.
- Participate in and provide technical advice in construction planning review conferences.
- Provide technical interpretations of plans and specifications, and determine method/material compliance.
- Provide oversight of the construction contractor's Quality Control program.
- Evaluate the level of inspection, procedures, results, and documentation of deficiency correction.
- Participate in start-up, demonstrations, field instructions, and commissioning activities.
Criteria for Joining Our Team
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of ten years of engineering experience in construction management.
Characteristics Are a Plus
- Large complex multimillion-dollar construction projects.
- DoD experience.
- Corps of Engineers experience with Resident Management System (RMS).
- Microsoft Office proficient.
