What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Strong background in industrial automation, controls systems, and robotics integration
- Experience working with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, and motion control systems
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Lead and support automation initiatives including integration and optimization of robotics, PLCs, and advanced control systems.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Aid in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment — including highly automated and robotic systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and controls enhancements.
- Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues.
