Electrical Engineer
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical engineering calculations
- Layout and design electrical distribution
- Work on lighting design and lighting controls
- Design and layout fire alarm and low voltage system
- Design projects from conceptual design to completion
- Perform site investigations both during design and during construction
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's Electrical Engineering or related (required)
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in the design of electrical systems for various types of facilities (required)
- Possess a Professional Engineering license or have the ability to obtain one (required)
- Have a desire to grow an office and company (preferred)
Skills/abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is essential (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Leadership ability and entrepreneurial spirit (preferred)
- Self-starter that requires little direction to get moving on a project (preferred)
About Us
The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year or more depending on experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
