Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering advice, programs and training to regional operations management and appropriate personnel in one or more functional area (mechanical, electrical).
• Develop and participate in the development of technical protection and maintenance programs in one or more functional area that is compatible with company, operational, governmental and safety requirements.
• Assist operations management in the implementation, operation and modification of established programs.
• Conduct periodic reviews/audits to assure program, procedure and code compliance.
• Make recommendations and coordinate activities between regions to resolve deficiencies or other operational problems.
• Provide engineering/technical guidance and training to appropriate regional personnel in areas of functional accountability.
• Act as a consultant for regional operations personnel to identify and resolve problems, analyze malfunctions or make complex modifications or repairs in assigned functional areas.
• Develop or coordinate the development and implementation of region-wide plans in assigned functional areas.
• Monitor and report on program status or plans.
• Provide technical leadership to staff.
• Provide technical input to assist in development of project planning.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
