Electrical Engineer

What You Will Contribute To OHM Advisors

As a licensed Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to manage and execute commercial facility designs, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and IT systems.

You’ll utilize software tools like AGI, Bluebeam Studio, REVIT, Excel, and SpecLink, ensuring quality assurance throughout all project phases.

You’ll drive innovative solutions and ensure compliance with industry codes.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute to team success will be key to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Tennessee.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical design for commercial buildings, including lighting, power, fire alarm, and IT systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AGI, EasyPower or SKM preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for local and regional projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems for water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. OHM Advisors also offers a competitive benefits package to support our employees' financial security and well-being.
