Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lab work, very hands-on safety and electrical testing with the team in the lab.
• Multiple builds for testing with the team and supporting engineers.
• Data gathered from testing used to help troubleshoot issues.
• FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis) is a template used for testing.
• Brainstorming with the team on solutions and troubleshooting.

Requirements Management

Create the requirements document for the system.

Technical, Process, and Stakeholders Management

• Follow test protocols and consolidate testing data for communication.
• Communicate effectively with team members and present data clearly.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations.

Qualifications

• Communication - follow test protocols, take testing data, consolidate, and communicate.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• Electrical & Electronic Background: 1-2 years experience.
• Team leadership and social skills.
• Project management skills.

Tech Skills

• Google tools.
• Will be trained on Windchill, SAP, CN process, lab request, A3, etc.

Education

• Electrical & Electronic Engineer: 4-year degree required.
• 1-2 years electrical engineering experience.

Soft Skills

• Comfortable with groups.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Comfortable presenting data.
• Proactive communication, clear, and concise.
