Our client, a leading organization in the technology manufacturing sector, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: El Paso, Texas. Pay Range: $80 - $140.
What's the Job?
- Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware products.
- Analyze electrical failures, support test processes, and review engineering specifications to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support new product introduction activities, including validation testing and process transfer.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production environments.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Experience troubleshooting PCB-level and system-level electrical failures using diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, electronic components, and root cause analysis methodologies.
