Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical equipment and systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet all safety and performance standards.
• Implement and maintain both hardware and software components of our electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and avoid potential breakdowns.
• Analyze and interpret specifications, blueprints, and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Install, modify, and start up new and existing electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems, processes, and equipment for better efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and other team members on electrical systems and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in low and medium voltage systems.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and other relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Experience in control system design and implementation.
• Proven ability to install, modify, and start up electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer software and applications related to electrical engineering.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

$100,000 - $120,000 per year
