Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist to provide technical support and governance for electrical engineering standards, applications, and solutions to enhance production quality, efficiency, and volume. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring electrical standards, supporting cross-functional teams with tools and methodologies, leading electrical standards in capital projects, and identifying gaps through audits. The role involves proposing improvements, handling complex issues independently, and supporting organizational goals. Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least four years of related electrical engineering experience. Preferred skills include Lean Six Sigma, SAP knowledge, experience with AUTOCAD, BLUEBEAN, SKM, project management, and process safety management. Location is in Eddyville, Iowa, with relocation assistance provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This role emphasizes technical expertise, standards development, project support, and continuous improvement to optimize electrical engineering processes in a manufacturing environment.
