Job Description

This position will include developing a full set of electrical plans, writing specifications and monitoring a project through construction.

Design of lighting, lighting control, power and low voltage electrical systems.
Tasks include load calculation, system sizing and layouts, cost estimating, calculation/sizing electrical equipment and facility field survey.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from accredited engineering program.
3 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering field preferred.
Ability to obtain Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Wisconsin or Iowa.
Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and other CAD related products.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.
Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to insure compliance.
Ability/flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if/as required.
Must be team-oriented and capable of working with other staff members.
Valid driving license and driving record acceptable to our Company insurance provider.
