About the role
Design, develop, and improve magnetic component products, including defining and building prototypes. Drive quality and performance improvements through testing, analysis, and refinement. Work with sales and marketing to translate customer needs into product specifications. Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to transition designs into production. Serve as the engineering contact for released products and support them throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology
- Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred)
- Ability to generate cost-reduction ideas without sacrificing quality or performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
