Responsibilities
- Identify and define design deficiencies and provide solutions through clear and precise communication.
- Lead a project I&E team in the execution of a project by delivering quality IFC documents and maintaining budget & schedule.
- Work with clients and vendors to resolve issues.
- Create an execution strategy based on the Scope of Work & Design Basis.
- Maintain client relations by attending site visits, PHA/HAZOP reviews, 30%/60%/90% model reviews, Design Reviews, and Kick-off Meetings.
- Execute projects independently with minimal help.
- Serve as a technical resource to Engineers, Designers, and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer registration required.
- Committed to continuing education and self-development.
- Knowledgeable in designing low voltage and medium voltage electrical power systems.
- Knowledgeable of NEC, NESC, NFPA, API, NEMA, IEEE/ANSI etc.
- Proficient with Electrical Engineering software such as ETAP and SKM.
- Able to estimate future potential projects.
- Able to work with the appropriate level of supervision and accept a high degree of personal responsibility for results.
