About the role
As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you will evaluate and certify defense systems in support of US national security policy. You will develop your skills in systems and electrical engineering while gaining experience in defense programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and certify defense systems in support of US national security policy
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on complicated threat systems
- Develop systems capable of supporting national security
- Merge practical engineering experience and new technologies to create systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with electrical design, development, or evaluation
- Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and schematic design
- Knowledge of power delivery systems for efficient and reliable operations
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of system architecture and design methodologies
- Ability to evaluate systems against technical requirements and identify concerns and issues
Qualifications
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Skills
- Experience with AMAC systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Experience in Independent Verification and Validation
- Experience in requirement traceability
- Experience with logic devices and embedded systems or programming software
- Experience in MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461
- Experience in Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
