Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in good standing
- Preferred experience using AutoCAD and Revit
- Specialized experience in the field of Engineering Systems
- Specialized certification in Engineering related systems (e.g., ADA, LEED, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Drive the performance and success of our Electrical staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of Junior Staff
- Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact
- Oversight and facilitation of communication amongst internal and external clients
- Aid the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals
Qualifications
The Electrical Engineer is skilled and knowledgeable in the Electrical Engineering field. The right candidate will be able to:
- Lead the Electrical staff, projects, and program teams
- Mentor Junior Staff
