Electrical Engineer

Key Job Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions.
• Perform engineering calculations to support maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Ensure all equipment complies with health and safety standards.
• Inspect and diagnose engines, generators, and transmissions.
• Carry out high-quality repairs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues promptly.
• Test and calibrate electrical/electronic components using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical concerns.
• Represent the company in meetings and presentations when needed.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, as required.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in electrical/electronic systems design.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product/system design.
• Skilled in running simulations and analyzing test data.
• Proficient in preparing technical documentation.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or similar software).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
• MTU/ZF certification or experience is a plus.
