You will be a part of a team that is obsessed with disrupting the MRI industry. If you're willing to push yourself, not afraid to fail, and want to grow — this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evaluate RF power amplifiers using linear and switching architectures
  • Perform circuit simulations and analysis using LTspice
  • Design PCB layouts using KiCad for RF and power electronics applications
  • Assist with CAD design, 3D printing, and assembly of electro-mechanical structures
  • Conduct experiments to validate component functionality and performance
  • Learn electromagnetic simulation tools including COMSOL and Sim4Life
  • Debug and troubleshoot hardware using oscilloscopes, function generators, and network analyzers
  • Document experimental results and contribute to technical reports
  • Operate in a Quality Management System to support a 510(k) submission

What We're Looking For

General Requirements

  • Work authorization
  • No minimum years of experience required; compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Open to candid, constructive criticism
  • Looking for a growth career opportunity

Technical Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Coursework or experience in RF/analog circuit design
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (LTspice or similar)
  • Experience with PCB design software (KiCad preferred)
  • Hands-on lab experience with test equipment
  • Experience with power electronics or high-frequency circuits

Why Adialante?

  • Work on technology with real-world healthcare impact
  • Hands-on experience in a startup environment
  • Direct mentorship from experienced engineers and researchers
  • Opportunity to see your work translate into clinical applications
  • You'll be embedded with the team, have real room to grow, and watch your work make it into the product

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage
  • 401(k) with company match (100% on first 3% contributed, 50% on next 2%, up to 4% total)
