About the role

The Senior Electrical/Instrumentation Designer (mid-level) is responsible for performing detail design activities within the Electrical/Instrumentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex designs and layouts of One-Line Diagrams, E/I Plans, Sections & Details, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematic Diagrams utilizing CAD hardware and software.
• Review vendor drawings and other documents.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of design experience in a drafting environment developing One Line Diagrams, Electrical/Instrument plans, sections and details, schematics diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
• Minimum of 5 years of CAD experience, including 3D Design.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2016.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred.
