What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of electrical design experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or heavy equipment industries
- Strong proficiency with Capital Logic for schematic capture and wire harness design (required)
- Experience designing and documenting wire harnesses, electrical interconnects, and system schematics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications
- Knowledge of FAA, MIL-STD, DO-160, or similar industry standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Nice To Have
- Previous aircraft retrofit, modification, or modernization experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field
- Experience with SolidWorks Electrical, Zuken, or similar electrical CAD tools
- Extensive Capital Logic experience in the automotive industry (including OEM programs such as Daimler), even without prior aerospace experience
