Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from kickoff through final closeout
  • Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to support successful field execution
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Maintain project progress, manpower needs, and production performance
  • Identify and proactively address project risks, delays, and conflicts
  • Support project turnover, punch list completion, final documentation, and warranty
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Coordinate, write, submit, and track RFIs for cost and schedule impacts
  • Track labor productivity, material costs, and project financial performance
  • Prepare and manage monthly project forecasts and reporting
  • Identify, price, and manage change orders
  • Review invoices, subcontractor costs, and purchase orders
  • Promote responsible stewardship of company and client resources
  • Participate in preconstruction planning, scheduling, and project startup activities
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and trade partners
  • Lead or participate in project meetings and progress discussions
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
  • Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and needs to leadership
  • Solve problems and remove obstacles for the field management
  • Support incident investigations and documentation when required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness
  • Support long-term client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with field leadership and office teams
  • Support employee development, mentorship, and a solutions-oriented culture

Requirements

  • Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project financial management
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • High integrity, accountability, and stewardship mindset

Skills

  • Experience with healthcare, municipal, industrial, or multi-family projects
  • Familiarity with Lean construction practices
  • Experience with design-build or negotiated projects
  • Knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination processes
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
