Electrical Construction Project Manager | Data Center Mission Critical Project Location: Phoenix, AZ for the next 2 years About The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This leadership role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead multiple commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower forecasts, and financial performanceCoordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnelManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationReview plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project successMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting budget or scheduleSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulationsConduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersMentor and support project engineers, coordinators, and field teams Qualifications Project management experience in electrical constructionStrong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practicesProven ability to manage project budgets, scheduling, and client relationshipsExperience with change order management and project financialsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Preferred Project Experience Data CentersMission-Critical Projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salaryComprehensive benefits packageProfessional development and career growth opportunities Apply Today If you're an experienced electrical construction professional looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to discuss this opportunity.
