EngineeringFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes location, type, posting date, job reference, summary (which is repeated). Duties and responsibilities list (1-23). Qualifications section includes language ability, math ability, reasoning ability, computer skills, education/experience, certificates and licenses, knowledge/skills/other abilities, physical demands, work environment, work schedule. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (knowledge, skills and other abilities), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (work schedule). We should not create sections with placeholder or vague content. Benefits and Pay not present, so omit. Schedule is present: "Work Schedule: This position may entail working more than 8 hours a day, and potentially working on Saturday or Sunday depending on project assignments." That's specific enough, so include Schedule section. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. We can include location, type, posting date maybe as a short paragraph under About the role or separate? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location, type, posting date in a short paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, contract type, posting date, summary, duties list, qualifications details (language ability, math ability, reasoning ability, computer skills, education/experience, certificates/licenses, knowledge/skills/other abilities, physical demands, work environment). Also maybe "Equipment: Electrical and Mechanical testing equipment, as applicable" under Qualifications? It appears under Certificates and Licenses? Actually after Certificates and Licenses line: "Equipment: Electrical and Mechanical testing equipment, as applicable". We'll include that. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

Now Requirements? The posting has "Qualifications:" section with sub-sections: Language Ability, Math Ability, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills, Education/Experience, Certificates and Licenses, Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Work Schedule. We could map:

    Requirements

maybe combine Language, Math, Reasoning, Computer Skills, Education/Experience, Certificates/Licenses. But we also have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically: Requirements could be the mandatory qualifications (education, experience, certificates). Qualifications could be the abilities (language, math, reasoning, computer skills). Skills could be knowledge, skills and other abilities (technical writing, communication, time management). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse the posting: Under "Qualifications:" heading, then bullet-like paragraphs: - Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. - Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. - Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Deltek and Microsoft Office 365. - Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - **Required ***Ability to obtain upon hire *Essential Function Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license** CPR and/or basic First Aid*** OSHA 10*** NFPA70E*** - Equipment: Electrical and Mechanical testing equipment, as applicable - Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities: Strong technical writing Communication skills, both oral and written Time management skills - Physical Demands: ... (description) - Work Environment: ... (description) - Work Schedule: ... (description) Thus we can assign:

    Requirements

maybe for Education/Experience and Certificates/Licenses? Or we could put Education/Experience and Certificates under Requirements, and Language/Math/Reasoning/Computer Skills under Qualifications, and Knowledge/Skills under Skills. Let's do:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • CPR and/or basic First Aid.
    • OSHA 10.
    • NFPA70E.
    • Knowledge of Deltek and Microsoft Office 365.
But Computer Skills could be under Qualifications. However we already used Knowledge of Deltek and MS Office under Requirements; maybe better to put under Qualifications (Computer Skills). Let's decide. We need to avoid missing any substantive info. Let's allocate: - Requirements: Education/Experience, Certificates/Licenses (driver's license, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, NFPA70E). Possibly also "Ability to obtain upon hire" but that's just note. - Qualifications: Language Ability, Math Ability, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities (Strong technical writing, Communication skills both oral and written, Time management skills). - Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements? But they are not exactly requirements; they are job characteristics. Could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put them under Requirements as well, but that may be mixing. However we could also create a section for "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can use those headings only. So we need to fit Physical Demands and Work Environment into one of those sections. Perhaps under Requirements (as they are requirements of the job). Or under Qualifications. I'd put them under Requirements as they are job demands. Thus Requirements will include Education/Experience, Certificates/Licenses, Physical Demands, Work Environment. Skills will include Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities. Qualifications will include Language Ability, Math Ability, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills. Schedule section as described. Now we need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's craft HTML. We'll need to escape any apostrophes etc. It's fine. We'll produce:
