Roles And Responsibilities

• Install equipment (conduit, junction boxes, lights, control panels, vfd’s, etc.) according to wiring diagrams using ladders, hand tools, etc.
• Assist in testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and if necessary, apply knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.
• Bend metal conduit using pipes bending equipment
• Measure, cut and pull the wire according to the specification sheets
• Terminate wiring at panels and various devices
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Training in electricity, an asset
• Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Cabler
• Computer Skills: None required
• Certificates & Licenses: None required
• Read engineering drawings
• Work with precision and thoroughness
• Work at a steady pace and produce quality work

• Versatile, autonomous, and responsible
