We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assembler to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Wire panel and power supplies, modify if necessary, and inspect parts prior to installation
• Mark all wires as indicated on wiring diagrams
• Apply thermal and anti-seize compounds according to established procedures
• Wrap and anchor wire harnesses according to established procedures or special orders
• Assemble and wire Cap Sealer panels and cabinets according to wiring and hosing instructions, with special attention to hose length and hose clamp accessibility
• Install fittings that ensure prevention of leaks and facilitate proper electrical clearances
• Label power supply cabinets and inspect cabinets for flaws prior to installing panels
• Perform other tasks as required, including duties listed in this job description

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related electrical assembly experience
• Knowledge of general hand tool use and experience with proper soldering techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly diagrams
• Emphasis on quality of work demonstrated through inspection of completed products
