Electrical Assembler / Wiring Technician

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect tools before use and maintain electrical equipment and tools.
  • Run harnesses in and out of assemblies per drawings or work instructions.
  • Connect and wire components based on BOM and manufacturing systems (including AC systems).
  • Execute electrical connections for proper fit, fastening parts and assemblies per customer specifications (including 24V).
  • Use voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot and verify system functionality.
  • Follow detailed schedules to complete electrical tasks and install special machine options.
  • Report electrical issues in the manufacturing system and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with company policies.

What You Bring

  • Able to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Experience with AC system installation and servicing preferred
  • Familiarity with 24V systems is a plus

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
  • Wear required PPE and complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).
  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
