What You’ll Do
- Inspect tools before use and maintain electrical equipment and tools.
- Run harnesses in and out of assemblies per drawings or work instructions.
- Connect and wire components based on BOM and manufacturing systems (including AC systems).
- Execute electrical connections for proper fit, fastening parts and assemblies per customer specifications (including 24V).
- Use voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot and verify system functionality.
- Follow detailed schedules to complete electrical tasks and install special machine options.
- Report electrical issues in the manufacturing system and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with company policies.
What You Bring
- Able to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with AC system installation and servicing preferred
- Familiarity with 24V systems is a plus
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
- Wear required PPE and complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
