Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Wire electrical components
• Read and understand blueprints and other specifications; communicate instructions and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Communicate with other departments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties and complete assignments as requested or assigned

Requirements

• Ability to participate in the Southworth Electrical Apprenticeship Program or comparable experience
• 1+ years of experience in the electrical department preferred
• Proven communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Experience functioning as a team member, learning throughout the organization, and supporting needs of all buildings
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, grasp with fingers; stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds
