Kelly Services is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a leading global manufacturer in Franklin, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with eligibility for hire after 720 hours worked based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
Pay
- 1st Shift: $18.27/hour
- Weekend Shift: $18.27/hour
- 2nd Shift: $20.10/hour
Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime, when available: Fridays from 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM - 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electronic components according to work instructions.
- Wire, solder, modify, and test assemblies using hand and power tools.
- Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous electrical or electronic manufacturing experience preferred (6+ months).
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

About the Opportunity
You'll be supporting a global manufacturer that designs and produces innovative motion control systems, industrial robotics, and power management technology used in industries including automotive, logistics, semiconductor manufacturing, and advanced automation.
Hiring Process
