Basic Function
Assembly of electric and pneumatic chain and wire rope hoists.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or acceptable equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate manual and power hand tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Ability to operate various measuring tools including calipers and tape measures
- General electrical knowledge and ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
Physical Requirements
- Routine stooping, squatting, and bending
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 65 pounds
- Ability to stand 7+ hours per day
Other Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Demonstrate a positive and business-like attitude
- Team Player
- Ability to work independently
- Must wear all OSHA mandated safety equipment and adhere to all company safety practices and policies
- Conduct all interactions in a focused, positive, courteous, and respectful manner
