Electrical Assembler (1st shift)

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate electronic assembly with chassis, PC boards, components and cables; operate PCB test stations to troubleshoot and repair at the component level.
  • Maintain cleanroom protocols and ensure contamination control during all assembly processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, engineering and supervision to support the build progress, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action process.
  • Document work performed with extreme attention to detail, maintaining traceability of components and assemblies, and timely completion of production and service work orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required training and certifications for electronics; Associate’s degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with PC Boards, PCB components and cables.
  • Ability to perform accurate electronic assembly using common hand tools, fixtures, and standard work instructions; comfortably read and interpret electronic drawings documentation, written specifications including Bill of Material (BOM), schematics and build procedures.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Driven to achieve with a commitment to quality with a safety-first mindset.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to spot irregularities, and commitment to meeting precise quality and performance requirements.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and to be flexible/adaptable with shifting priorities.
  • Organized, conscientious and focused.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and communication.
  • Capable to lift up to 20 lbs. and standing for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US and additionally must be legally authorized to access export-controlled information and source code.
